We ask that anyone who is displaying symptoms of COVID-19, has been asked to self-isolate or lives with someone who has COVID-19 symptoms DOES NOT attend the Awards. Please note that we have a no cancellation policy and we do not provide refunds if guests are no longer able to attend the event. If you are unable to attend due to testing positive for COVID, or you are self-isolating then you may nominate an alternative person from your organization to attend in your place. All substitutions must be received in writing to jessica.wolin@futurenet.com, by Friday, March 17, 2023.


Staying safe


If you or someone in your household has any of the advised COVID-19 symptoms please do not attend the venue and follow State guidelines.



Hand sanitizer stations will be widely distributed throughout the venue and on all Awards tables. 



We will adhere to state guidelines - at this time, face coverings are not required.



Ziegfeld Ballroom has upgraded their air filtration system with MERV13 Filters.


Covid guidelines and restrictions: Future is following the state and federal restrictions and guidelines on Covid-19 closely. However, attendance at our event is at your own risk and Future is not liable if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 at our event. The guidance and restrictions are likely to change and therefore Future reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at the event.
