For over 20 years, Marcella Milliet Sciorra has held pivotal leadership roles within media and advertising companies.
Most recently, as vice president of ad sales and product marketing at Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales division of Charter Communications, Ms. Sciorra led the 30 person team responsible for the productization of multi-screen advanced advertising products and platforms, ad sales marketing initiatives, programmer relationships, brand experiences, and marketing communications, supporting well over a thousand sales executives across over 40 states and nearly 100 DMAs.
Previously, Ms. Sciorra served as senior marketing director in the distribution group at NBC Universal, and group account director at Colangelo-SM, managing a portfolio of national and international brands, and forging a reputation for creating results through collaboration and strategic vision.
Now, as principal of Sciorra Media Group, she is a strategic advisor, providing companies in the video entertainment and advanced advertising space marketing solutions rooted in data-driven insights and storytelling.
Originally from Brazil, Ms. Sciorra holds a B.S. from the University of Santa Ursula there, and from Hunter College in New York. She holds certification in Digital Media Sales from the IAB, completed NAMIC’s Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School and the CTAM Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. In 2019, she was honored for her commitment to diversity and inclusion with a NAMIC Luminary award.
Ms. Sciorra lives in Palisades New York, with her husband Nick, son Oliver, and daughter (and newly licensed driver) Julia.
