Victoria Bieler is an expert in the media and entertainment industry, with experience in content acquisition, financial analysis, content distribution, equity research, content production, new technology marketing and strategy, and consulting.

As a leader on Verizon’s Content team, Victoria is the principal negotiator for all partnerships with national broadcast/cable portfolios and local broadcast affiliates. This includes fostering strong relationships with Disney, NBCU, CBS, Fox, and WarnerMedia. Victoria exemplifies cross-functional leadership, working with external and internal partners to establish new business opportunities across Verizon’s Consumer, Business, and Media Groups. She recently served as one of the key architects of Verizon's unprecedented deal with Disney for the launch of Disney+.

Prior to joining Verizon, Victoria was on the Content Distribution team at Viacom where she focused on crafting financial deal strategy and key economic terms. Previously, she served as an equity research analyst at Credit Suisse and as a consultant for small to medium sized businesses. In both roles, she covered the media and entertainment space.

Victoria is committed to mentorship and the cultivation of talent on her team and in the community. On her team, she provides guidance on executive communications, negotiation dynamics and economics, and professional development. She is an active mentor for the T. Howard Foundation and has held leadership roles with Women in Cable Telecommunications.

She is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and concentrations in Strategic Management and Consumer Psychology/Decision Processes. Victoria lives in New York City with her husband Sam.
