Nadine Karp McHugh is President of SeeHer, a division of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) designed to drive the accurate portrayal of women and girls in marketing, media and entertainment. SeeHer is made of over 1000 plus Brands contributing to over 65 Billion in ad spend.
Prior to joining SeeHer in January of 2020, Nadine was Senior Vice President, Omni Media Strategic Investments, Data Driven Marketing/Media and Creative Solutions at L’Oreal USA where she was responsible for driving subject matter expert Best Practices, Strategic Planning Approaches and Investment decisions across all touchpoints.
Before joining L’Oreal in 2014, Nadine was Vice President of Global Integrated Media Communications at Colgate Palmolive where she was responsible for driving best in class digitized media and integrated marketing ideas and best practices across 75 offices and over 200 countries.
The remainder of Nadine’s experience was agency side, mostly at WPP: both Ogilvy and then Mindshare. She has deep experience building successful consumer based integrated marketing and media programs and communications frameworks for clients globally and locally. Most notably, Nadine sat on the Global Dove Masterbrand team which activated the acclaimed “Campaign for Real Beauty” and co-created “In the Motherhood” a first of its kind webisode series by moms for moms and about moms.
Nadine has always been a champion of gender equality receiving several impact awards for her mentoring efforts and was also named a Media Maven and one of Advertising Age’s “Women to Watch,” a distinction that illustrated her growing reputation and stature in national marketing and media.
Nadine was actively involved with She Runs It (formerly AWNY) as Vice President of the Board. Nadine has also been on the ANA Board since 2015 and as a Board Advisor since 2017 for SeeHer. She has made great strides in implementing SeeHer’s proprietary Gender Equality Measurement (GEM) in her Go To Market Strategies. SeeHer also helped to inspire a co-created multi-platform program with Iheart Media called #FanGirls to celebrate women in the music industry who traditionally are under-represented in the charts. This program was co-created with L’Oreal Paris and is in its third year, a testament to its impact for the brand and marketplace.
Nadine holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership and is passionate about co creation to drive productive marketplace impact and all that is possible.
