As Chief Customer Officer at Mediaocean, Stephanie Dorman oversees customer success, customer experience, knowledge management and project services, and is accountable for service excellence, customer satisfaction and retention across the company's global customer base. In this capacity, she is leading the adoption of transformative advertising infrastructure across $200 billion in annualized media spend for the world's largest agencies and brands anchored on Mediaocean's mission-critical omnichannel platform.
Prior to this role, Stephanie was the Chief People Officer for Mediaocean where she evolved and modernized learning and development, employee relations, talent acquisition and diversity, equity and inclusion for the company's global community. Previous roles at the company include EVP/GM, Lumina and Customer Experience, and SVP, Client Services, where she led multiple functions including product management, engineering, account management, customer support, training, implementation and project management.
Stephanie’s deep experience in business transformation and operational excellence, garnered through her tenure at both Right Media, a Yahoo! company, and at Bloomberg LP, encompasses every aspect of business management, client services and human resources. Stephanie holds MA degrees in Corporate Communications and Education, and is certified in change management. She resides in Alabama, and is a proud mom of one, stepmom of four, grandmother of two, and beagle mom of two.
