Lucilla D’Agostino is one of unscripted television’s leading creatives and producers, with credits across virtually every content genre, including documentary, docusoap, lifestyle, competition and more. 

She currently serves as Head of Evolution Media and Big Fish Entertainment, both MGM companies, where she leads creative strategy, oversees all original programming and development, and leverages IP for growth opportunities across all distribution platforms. 

D’Agostino has executive produced such series as Hot Dish with Franco, the Primetime Emmy-nominated Amy Schumer Learns to Cook, and A White House Thanksgiving with First Lady Jill Biden, for Food Network; A&E’s Secrets of the Chippendales Murders and Court Night Live; HGTV’s Ugliest House in America with Retta, and Martha Knows Best starring Martha Stewart; History Channel’s History’s Greatest Mysteries with Laurence Fishburne and History’s Greatest Heists with Pierce Brosnan; the Hustle & Soul franchise; as well as hit REELZ series On Patrol: Live.

D'Agostino originally joined Big Fish Entertainment in 2018 as the company’s first chief creative officer, and then served as co-president. Previously, she was executive vice president, current programming & development, at Sirens Media, where she executive produced mega-hit The Real Housewives of New Jersey and Discovery’s lauded true crime series Killing Fields, among other shows. Before that, D’Agostino was an in-demand independent producer, writing, directing and producing series for Bravo, Discovery, National Geographic, ABC Family, and others.
