Lisa Richardson serves as Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel of Fox Corporation. In this role, Lisa oversees the legal components of FOX’s multi-platform content distribution for all FOX brands, including FOX Entertainment, FOX Sports and FOX News Media, and manages all legal aspects of distribution with the FOX-affiliated television stations in over 200 markets. 

Lisa and her team negotiate and draft agreements for distribution of FOX’s content across a wide variety of platforms including cable, satellite, fiber, over-the-top (OTT), authenticated streaming and on demand. Her team is also responsible for the drafting and negotiation of distribution agreements for FOX’s FAST (free ad-supported TV) channels, as well as agreements for the placement and distribution of FOX apps. Lisa oversees the Broadcast Distribution legal team, managing the legal aspects of network-affiliate relations for the FOX Broadcast Network, and advising on broadcast television licensing and distribution on both traditional and digital platforms. 

Lisa joined FOX in 2005, and has since received several promotions, resulting in her heading the Distribution Legal department. Earlier, she served as a lawyer at Gemstar-TV Guide, and began her career at Latham & Watkins, LLP. She received a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley, and her Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law.
