Kirsten Polley is Senior Vice President, Operations at WWE, a publicly traded (NYSE: WWE) global media company.
Reporting directly to the company’s President Nick Khan, Kirsten leads operations for WWE’s Revenue Strategy and Development team where she oversees new business ventures and identifies innovative and creative new lines of revenue to expand the company’s footprint. Through Kirsten’s guidance, WWE is reaching an untapped audience through new integrations and collaborations with premier sports and media organizations.
Driving meaningful and measurable results for the company across all lines of business, Kirsten played a key role in the landmark licensing agreement with longstanding partner NBCUniversal that gives Peacock exclusive streaming rights to WWE Network in the United States. Kirsten also helped lead the strategy and development around the creation of WWE’s first-ever NFT drop. The success of the initial drop resulted in a multi-year agreement with Blockchain Creative Labs to launch WWE’s NFT platform, WWE Moonsault, that showcases WWE’s catalog of digital assets, including iconic moments, Legendary Superstars and more.
Prior to joining WWE, Kirsten served as a Talent Agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). In this role, Kirsten worked with top media personalities to build their brands and profiles within the sports industry, including Colin Cowherd, Skip Bayless, Charissa Thompson, Adam Schefter and Mike Greenberg. Kirsten also helped broker notable TV deals, including securing a four-year deal with ESPN for Top Rank Boxing and for WWE, which brought Friday Night SmackDown to FOX.
Kirsten graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kirsten has been recognized by several leading industry award programs including NYC TV Week’s 40 Under 40, Advertising Week’s Future is Female and Cynopsis’ Rising Star.
