Tricia Alcamo is the Group Vice President of Human Resources for Spectrum Enterprise, where she is responsible for defining and driving an HR strategy that enables the organization to attract, develop and retain a diverse, top-talent workforce. A visionary leader who is fiercely committed to the principle that people are a company’s most important asset, she maintains a sharp focus on an HR agenda that is tied to key business outcomes.  Tricia and her team partner with leaders in sales, operations, product, marketing, and business planning to provide best-in-class expertise in areas including talent acquisition, learning and development, talent management and workforce planning, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

With over 20 years in both business and human resources roles, Tricia brought a unique set of experiences to Spectrum Enterprise when she came to the company in 2016.  Prior to joining, she spent 14 years with American Express in progressively senior positions, including leading an HR Business Partner team for a global business function, and serving as Lead Operational Risk Officer for Human Resources and as Vice President of HR Capability and Development.  Her early career experiences were with Deloitte Consulting where she worked closely with Fortune 100 retail and consumer products companies before making a career change to pursue her interest in human resources. She credits these early years for giving her a solid business foundation and mindset.

An inspirational leader, Tricia has been recognized on numerous occasions for the passion and commitment she brings to all aspects of her life.   In 2018, she was named to Cablefax’s list of Most Powerful Women in Cable.  She has two young daughters, and in 2015 she was profiled in Working Mother Magazine as a “Working Mother of the Year.”   Tricia is a graduate of Princeton University.
